Excluded warranty (Caveat emptor)
We do not provide any warranty for unauthorized tampering with our
luminaires, faulty operation, installation errors, usage errors etc. The
customer must always operate the luminaires in accordance with the operating
instructions! We also do not provide any warranty for wear and tear parts, such
as lamps, provided that the “defect” is within the usual wear and usage
tolerance.
