In isolated cases, our Service Center staff at their own
discretion may initiate a new delivery subject to verification, even if the
defect has not been verified. If it should turn out after inspecting the
luminaire that no warranty case exists, the customer must return the
provisionally delivered luminaire or provide payment for it.
