The expectations for our products are high. Teamwork is essential to this objective. Acceptable product risks for medical products are determined systematically in a risk-management process that takes into consideration the relevant standards and national or regional regulations.

Continuous improvement


The process of continuous improvement is at the heart of all of our efforts. The corporate reform that has begun is a continuation of this process of improvement and serves as orientation for our entire team. The just-in-time production system, featuring a one-piece-flow production workflow, is the foundation for efficient production with demand-oriented inventory storage and a high degree of flexibility for our customers.

Customer pacing


The individual processes and their work content are coordinated with one another. Everybody must work in such a way as to ensure that the internal customer pacing is achieved and maintained. We require error-free delivery to the next workstation. This is the only way to prevent waste and in turn reduce throughput times.



Zero-error principle


Each of our employees must internalize the zero-error principle. Our guiding principle is: We prevent errors, we do not pass on any errors, and we do not accept any errors.

Pull principle


The pull principle is one of the essential guiding principles at our company. Working together on a basis of trust, each employee secures the materials, information, and support he needs to perform his assigned task on an as-needed basis. This is the only way to prevent unnecessary waiting times, overproduction, and incorrect information.

Suppliers as partners


The management system selects appropriate suppliers and service providers to ensure that the principles of our corporate policy and the quality of the items we purchase are implemented according to the highest possible standard. In this process, we see our suppliers as partners.

Quality


To meet our own and our customers' quality requirements, we fulfill all the requirements of our quality management system.

Environmental policy


We are committed to an environmental policy that does justice to the future of our firm. In all matters of development, planning, manufacturing, and distribution, our intention is to take into account the resources of our energy and raw material sources, workplace safety, health protection, and environmental protection both inside and outside the company.
