SENSOR TECHNOLOGY FOR DIGITALLY NETWORKED AND EFFICIENT BUILDINGS
With LTX, buildings become sustainable and efficient! A dense network of Waldmann sensors measures the environmental parameters of your office space in particular detail and passes the information on via standard interfaces for precise control of the building management system. Reduce resources and CO2 consumption and bring your building up to ecology and sustainability standards, with which you are optimally prepared for your building certification.
Are you ready for the digitalisation of your building? Do you want to turn your building into a Smart Building? We will show you how easy it is to take advantage of all the benefits with our Smart Building solution.
Our LTX multi-sensor technology measures
Presence
Brightness
Air quality (VOC)
Noise (dBA)
Humidity
Temperature
OUR SENSORS, YOUR ADVANTAGES
-
Lighting is intelligently controlled
-
Heating, air conditioning, ventilation, blinds are controlled according to presence
-
Only areas that are actually used are air-conditioned
-
Your office space is operated more comfortably and sustainably
-
Open system, communicates via standard interfaces
-
Sensor data is freely available
-
Cost reduction thanks to precise utilisation evaluation for heating, air conditioning, ventilation, facility services
Passing on sensor data via EnOcean
The dense and flexible network of Waldmann sensors in the office measures environmental parameters and passes them on to other systems for analysis.
This means that the precise occupancy figures and other important room parameters can be used for the building management system (BMS). The best prerequisite for resource-saving building operation.
Transmission of sensor data via Bluetooth / MQTT
With the clear goal of operating buildings in an economically efficient, sustainable and user-friendly manner, our sensors can interact not only via EnOcean, but also simultaneously via Bluetooth with the building management systems and facility management software of many manufacturers.
The data can also be retrieved centrally at an MQTT server and used in other systems. We also provide a cloud API interface with which sensor data can be transferred to specific systems.
For example, our LTX sensors are part of the myGekko building management system, which can also be used to combine our workplace booking system
