Medical phototherapy – Maintenance work, spare parts and software support for Dermamate

Dear Sir / Madam,

The current situation of the pandemic, caused by the COVID-19 virus, does not leave us unaffected. In the interests of the health of our employees, we feel obliged to temporarily restrict the operation of our company.

We are still available for you with a minimum core staff.

Unfortunately, we are currently not able to guarantee full support for the Dermamate software.

In the meantime, we have succeeded in gaining an external software company as our partner, who will take care of the Dermamate support in the future. The handover is currently taking place but is being delayed due to the current events surrounding the virus.

We therefore apologise that we will not be fully available for Dermamate support and new installations until the end of May.

However, our service technicians will still carry out maintenance work and we are also able to provide you with spare parts.

For the maintenance of your devices, we have also been able to win a well-known partner for service activities. This partner will support the Waldmann Service Team nationwide. We will provide detailed information in the following days.
