You want to return a luminaire? Please create your return goods instruction sheet and enclose it to your reconsignment. The appropriate packing slip or the invoice (original in each case) should be enclosed with the defective luminaire. In addition, the luminaire must contain the original rating plate and bar code number or batch number. The customer should describe the defect in as much detail as possible to enable trouble-shooting.
The product must also be properly and securely packaged. Any costs arising from transport damage due to faulty or improper packaging are the sole responsibility of the customer!
